exchanges are only granted if the order placed and order received is incorrect.
exchanges allowed within 13 days. 
for local orders, customer is responsible and granted free pick-up at the store location for an exchange.
for delivery, customer is responsible for shipping fees and any other fees other than the item cost
item must be shipped/delivered within the 13 day period starting from the day item customer has received
